Senior Pictures in Henderson KY with Kyen were literally EPIC! From playing the piano to rocking his cat cardigan at Audubon Park, his personality & style showed through in each image.

Kyen started his Henderson, KY senior picture session with Klem Photography at his local church. There he dressed in his suit and played the piano as I grabbed some candid photos. These were some of my favorite images. He then grabbed his saxophone and played it for me! Kyen is so talented. I could have listened to him play for his entire session.

Senior Pictures At Audubon Park

For Kyen’s next look, he changed into something a bit more casual and we went to Audubon Park. Audubon Park is an iconic location in Henderson KY for senior photos. They have a museum that looks like a castle, a lake, and so many amazing trees and paths! He brought along his academic team medals to show them off.

Kyen then changed into his cat cardigan! During our style consult, I had told Kyen to wear something that his friends see him in everyday. He had wore this cat cardigan to an academic team meet that I had attended, and I told him then I had hoped he was wearing it for his senior pictures. Well, he listened, and I am so glad he did. I love when our seniors dress for their personality and incorporate their interests. It makes for THE BEST pictures. Especially when you can look back at them and remember that’s who you were during that time of life.

Kyen’s dream job is to become an Astrophysicist. He is currently studying at Johns Hopkins University. Side note: His parents own THE best Chinese restaurant in Henderson, KY, Mandarin House. Be sure you stop in for their amazing buffet or order on door dash!

Henderson County High School Senior Pictures

Kyen graduated Henderson County High School in 2025! He was very active in the academic team as well as band, FBLA, skills USA & the esports team.
